Contact: robshakhani@gmail.com · 07946 169 410 VAT registration number: GB 522 5690 94 (registered from 1 May 2026) ## Information we collect • Name, email address, and phone number when you book a session (via Calendly) or contact us directly • Any details you share in booking forms, enquiry forms, or messages • Payment information processed securely by Stripe (we do not store your card details) • Basic website usage data (via analytics/Google Tag Manager) • CCTV footage of communal and entrance areas of the studio premises, for security purposes (recording rooms are not monitored by CCTV during sessions) ## How we use your information • To arrange, confirm, and manage your studio booking • To process payments securely • To respond to enquiries and provide updates before and after your session • To improve our website and studio services • To protect the studio, our equipment, and our clients, including incident records and security ## Your recordings The audio and video content you record during your session belongs to you. We do not access, use, edit, or claim ownership of your recordings. We may occasionally showcase content you have already made public yourself, for example an episode you've published on YouTube or another platform, as an example of work recorded at our studio. If you'd prefer your published content not be featured this way, just let us know and we'll remove it. Storage and retention of your recordings: your session recordings are stored securely via Dropbox and are typically retained for up to 2 months after your session, after which they are permanently deleted. If you would like us to hold your files for longer, please let us know before the retention period ends and we'll extend it on request. ## Legal basis for processing • Contract: to fulfil your booking • Legitimate interest: to run our business and studio safely • Consent: where applicable, for example marketing communications ## Sharing your information We use trusted third-party providers to help run our business, including: • Calendly, for booking and scheduling • Stripe, for secure payment processing • Dropbox, for secure storage of session recordings • Google Analytics and Tag Manager, for website analytics These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data. CCTV footage is only shared with authorities, insurers, or legal advisors where necessary for security, investigation, or compliance purposes. ## Data retention • Session recordings: retained for up to 2 months after your session via Dropbox, then permanently deleted, unless you request an extension • Booking and contact information: retained only for as long as necessary for business, tax, or legal purposes, typically no longer than 6 years for financial records ## Your rights Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
