What you need to know about using our studio

# Terms of Service Last updated: 13 July 2026 These terms govern your use of LIVE MORE Podcast Studio, located in North London, United Kingdom. VAT registration number: GB 522 5690 94 (registered from 1 May 2026) ## Bookings Sessions are booked via our Calendly link (calendly.com/biohackrob). A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us. Please arrive on time for your session, as late arrivals will not extend the booked end time. ## Session overruns If your session runs beyond the time booked, you will be charged for the additional time at the same hourly rate as your original booking. ## Visit-before-you-book guarantee You're welcome to visit the studio before recording. If, after visiting, you decide it isn't the right fit, we will refund your booking in full. ## Cancellations and refunds • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session: full refund • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session: no refund We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, you will receive a full refund. ## Payment Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of booking. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise; VAT is added to your total at checkout in accordance with UK law. Prices are as listed on our website and may change with notice; your originally booked rate will be honoured. ## Studio use Please treat the studio, equipment, and furnishings with care and respect. You are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of any damage caused during your session, beyond normal wear and use. ## Recordings and content ownership All raw audio and video recorded during your session belongs to you, the client. We do not claim ownership of, or use, your content without your permission, except where you've already made it public yourself (see our Privacy Policy for details). File storage and retention: we store your session recordings securely via Dropbox for up to 2 months following your session, after which they are permanently deleted. If you'd like us to retain your files for longer, please request this before the 2-month period ends. ## Conduct We ask that all clients and guests use the studio lawfully and appropriately. You're welcome to bring and use your own iPhone if you'd like to record a centre view yourself, or we're happy to use our own iPhone on your behalf instead. Additional lighting is not permitted, and any other external recording equipment (for example extra microphones or cameras) should be agreed with us in advance so it works alongside our setup. ## Liability LIVE MORE Podcast Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the studio, or for the views, statements, or content of anything recorded during a session. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, for example death or personal injury caused by negligence. Our total liability under these terms will not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant booking. ## Parking Free on-site guest parking is available, subject to space. ## Governing law These terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
